Honor and Duty
Honor and Duty: Honor Bound
A work in progress, this is my first novel that is literally twenty years in the making. I first came with the rough outline of the story in March 1988 when I was in the seventh grade. (Yeah, I'm that old! Shut. Up!) Anyways, the book is going through a massive reworking stage from the nearl completed version I wrote last year.
I ended up not being happy with the story and decided to go at it from a different angle. I had far too much going on the story and it was really difficult to track.
So, I took a substory in that book and made it the A-story in the new version with the other A-version becoming a backdrop to the main story. It works out better that way in the end.

I'm a junior at Indiana University South Bend. I'm majoring in Mass Communications with a concentration in Journalism and I'm minoring in Political
Science.
I'm currently employed at the university as a student tutor in the Writing Center.
I'm also a journalist for the school newspaper where I write about all sorts of things both boring and interesting. I was covering the health and all that for the paper. But I'm all "healthed" out and I'll let someone else take over that helm in the fall. What I really want to do is write COLUMNS!

Currently, I am a full time college student pursuing a degree in Mass Communications with a concentration on Journalism with a minor in Political Science.
I am a die hard Cubs fan. Yeah, I still hold hope and I say there is Billy Goat Curse. That's all nonsense. I'm also a NASCAR fan. Ryan Newman, 2008
